TCCNHS Community Engagement
One of the College's key initiatives over the 2010-2011 Academic Year is to improve its visibility within and around the community. This engagement includes everything from philanthropic initiatives to community clean-up projects. It is the view of the College that community engagement - in all of its forms - is vital for the students we serve, the faculty and staff we employ, and the community members - both inside and outside the TCH Enterprise - who support our mission and vision as an institution of higher learning.
On this page, you will find a short report of initiatives leading with quick news and informational items about particular engagement initiatives. As we develop out our 2010-2011 plans, you will also find opportunities for getting involved.

Holiday Assistance Program
The College faculty and staff, led by Dean Carolyn Hunter, collected $700 to help 3 families have a much brighter holiday season. All told, the gift buying included a toddler riding toy, clothes for everyone – Kroger gift cards for each family, MP3 player, Ipod Shuffle, and handheld video game, among many other gifts. Thank you to all for making this a great holiday for these families!
