The Bachelor of Science in Health Care Administration degree is aimed at preparing students to serve in a variety of roles within the health care setting. Utilizing a unique partnership with The Christ Hospital, the College educates students in both a traditional classroom setting and a hands on experience in the field.

With an expected job growth of 17% between 2014-2024, future careers in this field look promising. Students interested in planning, directing and coordinating medical and health services should highly consider beginning their education with a bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration. 

Admissions Criteria

First-Time College Student

Requirements:
  1. Minimum cumulative high school GPA of at least 2.0 or earned a general equivalency diploma (GED) with a score of 530 or higher (score of 53 prior to 2002)
  2. Official ACT score of 19 or higher -OR- SAT score of 1300 or higher (on the 2400 scale), 950 or higher (on the 1600 scale)
  3. Must be a U.S. citizen or Permanent Resident
Documents Required (along with completed application(link)):
  • Official, sealed high school transcript/GED score
    • Transcripts can be emailed from the originating institution
    • Please note, high school seniors must submit their current transcript at time of application and final transcript after graduation.
    • All transcripts originating in a foreign country must be translated and evaluated by World Educational Services for a course by course level evaluation and calculated cumulative GPA (www.wes.org).
  • ACT or SAT scores
    • ACT/SAT requirement is waived if you have successfully completed 12 or more college semester hours

Transfer Student/Second Degree Seeker Must be high school graduate with 12 semester hours or 18 quarter hours of completed college coursework

  1. Minimum cumulative college GPA of at least a 2.0
  2. Must be a U.S. citizen or Permanent Resident
