ADMISSIONS PROCESS

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Cumulative College GPA of 2.75 or higher

  • Attend a DMS Information Session

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident

REQUIRED PRE-REQUISITE COURSES**

All required pre-requisite courses must be completed with a "C" or higher.

  • Anatomy & Physiology I with Lab (BIO 111)

  • Introductory Physics (PHY 105)

  • College Algebra (MAT 105)

  • English Composition (ENG 101)

  • Foundations for Success* (FS 102)

*Foundations for Success is waived for students who have completed 15 or more hours of college credit.

**Student may complete the Pre-Requisite Courses at The Christ College by applying to the General Studies program. Once pre-requisites are complete the student can then apply for the DMS program. 

Please note that Admission to the DMS program is a competitive and space is limited. Enrollment into this program is available in the Fall semester only. Students who have a completed all pre-requisites are admitted on rolling cycle until the program is filled.  Once the program is filled, students are placed on a waiting list. 

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

2.  Official High School and/or College Transcripts from ALL Institutions Attended

  • Transcripts for admission to The Christ College of Nursing and Health Sciences MUST be submitted via MAIL or EMAIL from your high school, college/university, or a transcript service such as Parchment. Faxed transcripts will not be accepted.

  • Transcripts must be official and sealed.  Copies will not be accepted.

  • All transcripts originating in a foreign country must be translated and evaluated by World Education Services for a course-by-course level evaluation and calculated cumulative GPA. (www.wes.org.)
